EXPERIENCE
- Provision and operate the inline zero-trust proxy fleet across 100+ data centers, on Zscaler-owned Linux and BSD hardware.
- Re-architected provisioning into a self-executing Python init package, now in production, cutting full-cluster setup from 36–40 hours to 6–8 hours.
- Build and maintain Python and Ansible automation for remote provisioning and build delivery; add production capacity behind existing customer-facing virtual IPs.
- Unblocked stalled customer onboardings, working through application configuration until production.
- Ran multi-region AWS infrastructure for Enterprise Application Access with Terraform, Ansible and Elasticsearch.
- Structured data-path upgrades to avoid customer traffic interruptions, organized management-path rollouts, and added SSO/RBAC to internal tooling and cloud instances.
- Led 25–30 customer onboardings through production and worked 10+ proofs of concept end to end.
- Supported 60–80 customers after onboarding; 10–15 asked for me on their calls.
- Owned complex Enterprise Application Access escalations through closure, including legacy-app access, SSO with Okta/Ping, desktop clients and browser-based remote desktop.
- Raised customer onboarding requirements that became product features in later releases.
Contract with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Maintained Linux/Windows servers for messaging, image conversion and translation; automated server and backup operations.
Managed and supported enterprise applications hosted by clients, traced transaction failures to root cause, and built Nagios monitoring and routine automation.
Developed, tested and published Citrix App Store SSO connectors; configured AD, certificate services and SAML for identity-management products.
SIDE CHANNEL
Self-hosted infrastructure for testing runtimes, networking and deployment patterns. Built a public status pipeline for the private network: push-only updates, allowlisted labels and fail-closed address filtering.
